Nicolo Galini Series
We are proud to offer our workshop series violins “Nicolo Galini,” which was named by several Italian violinmakers. All Nicolo Galini violins are hand-made of quality seasoned maple and spruce and have a tone quality and workmanship normally found in instruments costing much more. Nicolo Galini violins are now available in three models. The Allegro model is an excellent choice for advancing players. The Cadenza and Maestro models are made by more senior violin makers with finer quality aged wood for musicians requiring the best tone quality. The Cadenza and Maestro models are an excellent choice for advanced / professional players.
Artisan Series
The Artisan model violins are a great choice for the beginning or intermediate student. Attractively priced and offer real value for the money. They are beautifully made and have an attractive uniform golden red varnish. The tone is deep and very responsive.
They are available in full as well as fractional sizes; from 3/4 violin down to 1/32 violin.

About us
Our company’s name IL Violino Cremona LLC originates from the inspiration and beauty of Italian violins. Cremona, Italy, is the world capital of violin-making and is the birthplace of the famous Stradivari and Guarneri violins that can be worth millions of dollars. Luthiers in Cremona focus on quality instruments for master musicians and can take up to three months to create a single violin.
We are a full-service violin shop in Honolulu, Hawaii, offering a range of both student instruments and master Italian instruments by today’s best makers. We offer every serious stringed instrument player a lifetime of opportunity, convenience, service, and support.
Cremona Violin Hawaii was founded in 2016 by IL Violino Magico. In July 2020, Michael Wong acquired Cremona Violin Hawaii, to better serve our growing customer base. This brought an expanded inventory of first-class instruments certified by professional and world-class musicians. Today, Cremona Violin Hawaii instrument makes up Honolulu’s largest quality violin shop.

Repairs
Our shop provides the highest quality repair work in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our repair luthier, who is also a violin maker, graduated from the International School of Violin Making in Cremona, Italy in 2016. If your violin, viola, or cello is in need of repair, bring it to us. We are sure you will be delighted with the results.
